- Parkwide Bike Rentals & Tours is located near the De Young Museum: Green and Orange Kiosk behind the Music Concourse, near the bathroom. It is on Music Concourse Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118
- After booking, you'll get a confirmation email with a liability waiver. All guests must sign it; a parent or guardian must cosign for those under 18. Complete it before arrival
- Bring a credit card for a deposit, which varies based on your bike choice and group size

Rental is for 1 day; bikes must be returned by the end of the business day before the shop closes
Bicycles must be returned before 19:00
For under-18s it's obligatory to wear a helmet
Child seats can be rented onsite

Bus: Lines 7 or 33 to Haight St & Stanyan St + 2 minutes walking.
Tour departs from a sister company, Parkwide, located inside Golden Gate Park. Parkwide is an outdoor tent.
The minimum age to ride an electric bike is 16 years.
