• The time selected is for the Alcatraz tour. A QR code will be emailed the night before the tour
• Arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 min before departure and proceed directly to the boarding line with the QR code. Without it, you may be turned away.
• Please check your email for a link to download the QR code for Alcatraz and the voucher for the 1-hour Bay Cruise
• The Bay Cruise is a separate tour and can be taken any day/time. A schedule of departure times will be emailed
• Tour departs from Pier 39, and voucher must be exchanged for a ticket at the Blue and Gold Fleet box office. Please arrive 30 min prior to your departure time, availability is first come first served
