- Alcatraz night tour:
- An email with a QR code, which is the ticket, will be sent the night before your tour
- Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) at least 15 minutes before the departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line
- Show your ticket (received via mail) to the staff
- San Francisco Bay cruise:
- The Bay cruise is a separate tour and can be taken any day or time. A schedule of departure times will be sent to you
- This cruise departs from Pier 39 and you must exchange your voucher for a ticket at the Blue and Gold Fleet box office
